There are plenty of unlikely friendships in Hollywood, like Dakota Johnson and Madonna, for example. This weekend, another pairing was added to the list: Britney Spears and the Kardashians. The singer hung out with Kim and Khloé on Friday night for seemingly no other reason than to enjoy a nice dinner and some quality time together. How nice.
On Friday night, Kim posted a selfie of the group — including Spears’s longtime manager Cade Hudson — to her Instagram Story, writing, “Calabasas nights.” The next day, Spears shared a video on Instagram of them cozying up in what appears to be an enormous bed during their hangout. “Oh, we’re just chilling,” she says, while Khloé adds, “In our geriatric bed!” Spears can then be heard saying that the bed “vibrates.” Okay!
At the end of the video, Spears added a clip of True, Khloé’s daughter, and Chicago, Kim’s daughter, doing a little dance for the camera. “Such a warm, beautiful, kind family,” Spears wrote in the caption. “Thank you for allowing me to play with your kids and dinner!!! It was an honor to spend time with you guys!! Happy Holidays.”
Maybe Spears is better friends with the Kardashians than we thought, or maybe she’s just a huge fan of Kim’s performance in All’s Fair. I guess we’ll just have to wait until next season of The Kardashians airs to find out.
