Secretary of War Pete Hegseth is denying an NBC News report that he is considering a possible 2028 presidential run, calling the report “100% false.”
NBC News reported that Hegseth had discussed the possibility with close friends, political allies and people outside the Trump administration, and was exploring whether he could build a political operation around his profile as one of President Trump’s most prominent loyalists.
