Israel’s National Security Council is warning of a heightened terror threat against Israelis and Jews abroad ahead of the third anniversary of the October 7 massacre, pointing particularly to Iran and its proxies, Hamas and global jihad groups.
Israelis abroad are urged to stay away from demonstrations and large gatherings, avoid publicizing travel plans or security-service information, and exercise increased caution in countries under travel warnings.
