Jabbar posted five videos online proclaiming his support for ISIS, according to the FBI. In one of the videos, he admitted his initial plan to attack family and friends before redirecting his focus. Authorities confirmed that Jabbar left behind a last will and testament, further underscoring his extremist motivations.
