“A son as sweet as honey was born to us this morning. My 6th child, without the evil eye :). And all the credit goes to my wife Yael — she is the champion. I scored when I married you. Thank you G-d,” he wrote.

Ribo, a Sephardic Orthodox Jew, is widely admired across Israel’s religious and secular communities. His soulful music and spiritual lyrics have earned him a unique place in the Israeli music world, resonating with Haredi, national-religious, and secular fans alike. He has released five studio albums, with two certified gold and one platinum.

Beyond music, Ribo has also become a cultural voice during key national moments. On November 14, 2023, he performed at the historic March for Israel rally in Washington, D.C., alongside fellow Israeli singer Omer Adam. The event, held in support of Israel and against antisemitism, drew nearly 300,000 people — the largest pro-Israel gathering in history.

Now, as Ribo and his wife Yael celebrate their growing family, fans around the world are sending love and blessings.
