Rep. Randy Fine (R-Fla.) swept Tuesday’s primary election in a massive landslide, garnering 56.8 percent of the vote to his opponent Dan Bilzerian’s 17.9 percent by the time The Associated Press called the election for Fine.
When the high-profile social media personality Bilzerian announced his candidacy, the competition turned into a high-stakes race between a strong Israel supporter and a rabid Jew hater who campaigned openly on antisemitism. The outcome hinged on the question: Who would the voters choose, the pro-Israel candidate or the antisemite?
It Turns out that it wasn’t even close. The voters overwhelmingly rejected Bilzerian’s ugly politics.
Examples of Bilzerian’s outrageously hateful statements include the following:
- “Jewish supremacy is the greatest threat to the world today.”
- “Most of the problems today are caused by Jewish supremacy.”
- “Our government is nothing but a tool for Israeli hegemony and Jewish supremacy.”
- He called his opponent a “fat disgusting Jew.”
- He said about Israel: “They need to be wiped off the f—ing map.”
