The upcoming elections don’t seem to be a done deal. Not because the majority of the public fails to understand the misdeeds of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Benjamin Netanyahu and his government, but because there’s a built-in gap among an important segment of the public: between the desire to bring down the “fully right-wing government” and to establish a more balanced, cleaner and better-functioning administration, and an approach that’s more ultranationalist – “Jewish” in its racial sense and less sensitive to universal, democratic and liberal values.
