MONTICELLO: Catskills Shomrim, along with the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office and New York State Police, are investigating after a homeowner discovered what appeared to be explosive devices in his basement while dealing with a water leak. Authorities believe the devices may have been there for an extended period of time. There is no threat to the public at this time. The New York State Police Bomb Squad is safely removing the devices, and the investigation remains ongoing.
