How spooky. The name of Sam Raimi’s new film, “Send Help,” is also what audience members are no doubt shouting while watching the new documentary on Melania Trump. And while the amount of money required to make me watch “Melania” has yet to be printed, I was lucky enough to see “Send Help” over the weekend.
