The American tech company Ondas is in talks to acquire a majority stake in mPrest Systems, whose technology serves as the “brain” of Israel’s Iron Dome missile defense, in a transaction based on a $200 million company valuation. The acquisition requires approval from the Israeli Defense Ministry, which has yet to decide.
