💥 💔 UPDATE: Two people were wounded today in Eilat following Iran’s latest ballistic missile attack, according to Israeli emergency services.
Magen David Adom reported that a 12-year-old boy was seriously injured by shrapnel, while a 39-year-old man sustained moderate injuries. Both were evacuated to a hospital in the city for treatment.
Footage circulating online appears to show one of the impacts in Eilat shortly after the strike, possibly caused by a submunition from a cluster-bomb warhead carried by the missile.
Several impact sites were reported across the city, which officials believe may have been caused by cluster submunitions or falling missile fragments. The Israel Defense Forces said it is investigating the circumstances surrounding the impacts.
