The High Court of Justice approved on Friday an outline proposed by Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara for the proceedings of the state commission of inquiry into the submarines affair, in which Israeli officials and businessmen are suspected of initiating the purchase of submarines from German shipbuilder ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems despite objections from the defense establishment.
