The West Bank district police’s nationalist crimes department may be the most dysfunctional police unit in Israel. It is responsible for dealing with Jewish violence and terrorism in the West Bank, yet despite countless videos and other types of evidence, and even though in some cases the suspects themselves boast of their deeds on social media, the unit’s members have repeatedly failed to identify suspects, put them on trial and thereby put an end to Jewish terrorism.
