Netherlands to boycott Eurovision for second year over Israel's participation

A Dutch broadcaster said the contest cannot be considered neutral as long as Israel participates due to the humanitarian situation in Gaza, and called on the European Broadcasting Union to establish clear rules for countries involved in military conflicts
