With the end of the SAG-AFTRA strike, this week almost had too many events. Red carpets are once again abundant, and F1 is taking over Las Vegas for its annual Grand Prix, bringing all the celebrities and fashion to a head. Here are the best looks from the week.

Rihanna is in the building, and she’s an F1 fan just like you and me. She arrived to the Grand Prix wearing the coolest, comfiest, sportiest fit (check that jersey, those Puma sneakers, and the Gucci Horsebit Chain shoulder bag), and I’m already planning on how to re-create.

Patrón Tequila kicked off the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix in the best way: by throwing a party with plenty of tequila shots. Red Bull driver Checo Pére was in attendance, alongside Lupita Nyong’o, who channeled the sport through her checkered dress.

Boss took the occasion of F1 being in town to host a VIP dinner in Vegas, including a number of actors and professional athletes, such as WNBA player Breanna Stewart and British motorsports racing driver Jamie Chadwick.

There’s never too much Rihanna on one list, especially when she pulls out the fits like this Prada coat. She stepped out alongside A$AP Rocky, the creative director for the PUMA x F1 partnership, to debut his first collection at the Grand Prix.

Neiman Marcus Las Vegas hosted celebrities, influencers, and athletes ahead of the F1 race, including skier Eileen Gu, who proved a little black dress is always the right thing to wear.

To commemorate the launch of the Kate Spade’s sixth book, an iconic group consisting of Ariana Greenblatt, Minnie Mills, Delaney Rowe, Stephanie Hsu, and Gabrielle Union stopped by to celebrate. It’s So You: The Joy of Personal Style is a guide to finding your sense of style, and this star-studded group got the memo.

Tribeca and Chanel hosted their annual Through Her Lens conversation this week with Zazie Beetz, Tommy Dorfman, and Havana Rose Liu in attendance. Of course, all were wearing Chanel, including Liu, who embraced the wide-pants trend with a lovely and perfectly oversize denim pair.

Nicole Kidman’s black Balenciaga dress featured a sleeker take on the oh-so-trendy bow, which she wore to the Planet Omega launch event in New York.

Paco Rabanne and H&M took over a Parisian nightclub to toast their collaboration, inviting “It” girl Chloë Sevigny to make it a true success. She mixed textures, patterns, even metals, to create a truly elaborate and exciting outfit. I’m partial to the socks with heels.

The start of fall means incorporating sweaters into every possible outfit, whether you’re heading to the airport or a party. Take note of Iris Apatow, who manages to make one sweater work for a multi-occasion event at Aerie’s Holiday Staycation at the TWA Hotel in New York.

I love a good tweed moment, and this pink ensemble on Lily-Rose Depp does not disappoint. The full Chanel outfit was sported alongside many other stars at the Academy Women’s Luncheon, co-hosted by the brand, in Los Angeles.

It’s no surprise Quinta Brunson was voted one of the Glamour Women of the Year when she shows up to events looking like this! She looked so elegant celebrating alongside the likes of America Ferrera and Brooke Shields at the Glamour Awards.

We know good suiting when we see it. Here, Grace Wales Bonner poses alongside Jeremy O. Harris at the opening reception for the exhibition “Artist’s Choice: Grace Wales Bonner — Spirit Movers” at MoMA.

When preppy is done well, it works at almost any event, including dinners at Tiffany’s, which Phoebe Gates attended to honor Cabana magazine’s 20th issue.

A teddy coat ages like fine wine, which actress Keri Russell flawlessly demonstrated at the Nordstrom and Max Mara dinner celebrating the ten-year anniversary of the Max Mara teddy coat.

The boys were out for JOOPITER’s sixth sale, From Me to You, and rounded the night out with a dinner including guests like Pharrell, Justin Timberlake, and auction curator NIGO.

The shape of this shiny little dress that celebrity stylist Micaela Erlanger wore to the ReVive Skincare x Micaela Erlanger Holiday Event is near perfection.

Shiny, metallic clothes can come in all shapes and sizes … including athleticwear. Yoga and Pilates instructor Melissa Wood demonstrated this at Athleta’s “Move With Athleta” event that included a 30-minute flow on the High Line.
