SpaceX has restricted Starlink connectivity for Ukrainian forces, causing terminals to lose connection when traveling above 160 km/h and disrupting several military drone missions, according to Ukrainian communications expert Serhii Beskrestnov.
Ukrainian volunteer Serhii Sternenko later reported that the speed limit had been lowered further to 60–70 km/h. The restrictions could significantly affect Ukrainian drone operations in Russian-controlled territory, though their impact on long-range strikes inside Russia is expected to be limited.
